Portugal represents the opportunity to purchase brilliant wine at a fraction of the cost of quality wines from elsewhere. It's a blend of Fernao Pires and Verdelho, 2 of the country's  star indigenous varieties. This fresh, light wine hails from the underrated Tejo region, lying to the south of Lisbon. This is an area capable of producing wines of enormous character, with notes of ripe green apples and stone fruits with a subtle hint of citrus. Lovely and fresh with a clean finish - this is made for freshly caught Grilled Fish. 12% ABV.
