From the French term 'white of white, this infers a Sparkling wine made from one single white grape variety, in this case 100% Chardonnay. 
 
The result is a stunning aroma of ripe apple and citrus, and a lovely soft palate with brioche aftertaste.  A stunning wine from Norfolk.
