This traditional method Crémant is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Chardonnay is aged on lees for three years, delivering fruity aromas from the Cabernet Franc, body from the Chardonnay, and persistent acidity from the Chenin Blanc.  This elegant wine delivers notes of lemon balm, crisp green apples, hazelnut and almond in a soft, silky body.
