If you've never had Lirac before, you're in for a treat. Arguably a slightly lesser known region in the Rhone Valley, it's an area that creates outstanding wines of great flavour and character. Sabon is a star of the Chateauneuf region. The estate has been at the top of its game for many years and any partisan of Rhone Valley wines (especially the southern Rhone) who has not yet tried a wine from Domaine Roger Sabon needs to purchase this. The Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault blend displays notes of crushed red berry fruit, intertwined with liquorice - that makes a soft, juicy, ripe wine that is easy to enjoy.  Enjoy this with Roast Pork and all the trimmings. 14.5% ABV.
