Wyken Vineyard is situated within 1,200 acres of farmland near Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk. Established in 1988, it set out to blaze a trail in what was then, a little known marketplace. As one of the first producers of Bacchus in the UK, this German derived grape is a blend of Riesling and Sylvaner. This wine has won countless awards for its great acidity, smooth finish and excellent lemon, gooseberry and elderflower notes. Such a beautiful wine. 12% ABV
