Take a journey with us.
At each food and wine tasting event, we share our passion for a chosen region, grape or theme; introducing you to wines and sharing anecdotes that will transport you to sun drenched vineyards throughout the world. We offer a variety of small dishes to serve alongside wine tastings and we match the food to the wines to enhance the overall tasting experience for you. Our themed events, showcasing amazing food and wine from regions or countries across the hemispheres, are both tasty and inspiring.
We also offer private dining experiences that are the perfect present for a loved one - or a great excuse to have that special party - catering for up to fifteen people. A bespoke three course meal is written especially for your group and paired with a wine.
Love the outdoors? Why not enjoy an open air food and wine tasting experience. Beautiful Wood fired dishes cooked over a fire and baked in coals make for a delicious accompaniment to wines with your group seated around a fire pit.

Classes
Enjoy our Wine And Dine bespoke cookery classes within your own home with especially selected wine pairings. If you enjoy cooking food from around the world, we can work alongside you to produce a dinner for your family and friends.
Alison is a multi award winning chef, who has worked with some of the top chefs from around the globe. She works with Ian to pair wine or beer to go alongside each dish. So whether you want to perfect your pasta making, create a celebratory curry or transform your tortillas, we will work with you to create a delicious evening alongside drinks to match the theme.
This is your chance to take your culinary talents to another level, or start your food journey from new.
Consultancy
Ian has advised many commercial businesses designing menus, managing and selling wine to them, at venues around the world. Having seen both sides of the business, we want to help you discover the best tools and techniques to promote and sell wine, so that it contributes to the success and profitability of your business.
We research, create, and update wine lists, seeking the best wines at the best prices, with the aim of complementing and enhancing the restaurant's overall offering, of impressing their clients and ultimately, of being commercially successful.
Diners appreciate expert knowledge and advice. Our staff training program enables hospitality teams to be buoyed up by the self-confidence that knowledge brings. We can develop bespoke training courses from which both staff and business benefit. It's so important a team is enthused about selling wine to its customers - and understands what works well food pairing wise. We also work at trade shows, helping businesses develop, talking to the public and making sure buyers know that your wine is right for them.


Food and Wine Demos
We offer food and wine demonstrations and talks, from community festivals and
cooking workshops to museum programs and corporate events, offering wide range of topics like specific cuisines, healthy eating, food waste reduction, or food history.
Alison and Ian have combined their vast food and wine knowledge to bring you informative, fun and creative talks. If you visit our 'About' page, you will gain an insight into our experience, that not only demonstrates those we have worked with, but also highlights that we have won multiple awards and accolades.
Some events are interactive, allowing participants to taste the prepared food, showcasing our passion, talent and expertise.
We are Alison and Ian.
Alison has 35 years of experience working in food. From teaching cookery, nutrition and food hygiene, running restaurants, broadcasting, writing both recipes and food articles, to carrying out cookery demos at food shows, Alison is passionate about cooking and enabling others to cook. She has worked with the likes of Gordon Ramsay, Rosemary Shrager, Brian Turner, Aldo Zilli and Cyrus Todiwala - and has written several cookery books, her latest being The Four Seasons, which was released in 2024.
Ian has over 25 years experience in the Wine industry and is also keenly into his food. He is author of a book on Greek wine, called, Wine; It’s All Greek To Me - having lived in Greece for over 4 years. He also plied his trade and studied on the coast on Southern Spain for 2 years and has worked extensively across the UK - and is now a Wine Consultant, Specialist Tasting Host, and Sommelier, having advised a number of commercial businesses on menu design and wine selection.
As well as being 3WSET qualified, he also holds a specialist certification in Greek Wine is also a Concours Champagne Spécialiste.
We first met, and worked together, in 2022 and are both deeply passionate about food and wine, and this is why
this business means so much to us. The experiences we offer you, will give you the opportunity to tap into our vast
knowledge base.
